The Commentator is a student-run newsmagazine produced by and for the Southwestern Law School Community.  The Commentator is neither censored nor approved in advance by the law school.  Student editors develop editorial and news policies and determine coverage.  Editorial opinions and views in The Commentator are those of the respective writers and do not necessarily reflect those of the law school, its faculty, or the student body.  Advertisements printed in The Commentator are not to be construed as written or implied sponsorship, endorsement, or investigation of their respective commercial sponsors or ventures.

The Commentator is published in print eight times a year and is regularly updated online.
